- To provide each homeowner with the extensive revenue analysis on a monthly basis with our Quick Stats reporting which highlights: revenue generation, average daily rates and a comparison of year over year performance.
- To optimize our extensive marketing plan in international, national, regional and local media to attract vacationers from around the globe.
- To continually provide convenience and information to our guests and homeowners through our state-of-the-art website which enables visitors to view photo galleries and virtual tours, check availability and book reservations online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The homeowners’ site allows owners to view bookings, review monthly statements and reserve owner dates online.
- To provide homeowners discounts and benefits including the QuestPerks program which discounts accommodation in ResortQuest premier resort locations.
REFERRAL PROGRAM FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
ResortQuest will pay a referral fee for the referral of an owner of an accepted property who joins the ResortQuest rental program. The referral fee will be paid in full within sixty days after the completed signed contract.
RENTAL REFERRAL PROGRAM
ResortQuest will pay a 10% commission on every lodging referral you send our way. Whether your clients are viewing property for purchase or are friends of your existing clients, you can count on the ResortQuest team to ensure that their stay will be flawless. Once your client has booked, we will process your commission to be paid after your client’s departure.
